Taking into account that the government will not budge and change their opinion about graffiti.

2) Applauds those who are open-minded about graffiti.
3) Suggests that people (community) to not judge artwork (graffiti) right away.
4) Demands for people to be open-minded about things and listen to the artist.
5) Expresses the hope to stop the criticism towards graffiti.
